Review of The Midnight Meat Train (2008) by Calvin R — 16 Apr 2012
The Midnight Meat Train is cliched, but there's enough thrills and horrific splatter fest to keep itself interesting, but yet mysterious.
I am going to keep the review short and to the point.
The Midnight Meat Train starts off cliched and it has a typical atmosphere as most slasher splatter gory fest thriller have, but this is something else, its mysterious, curiosity that escalate into a dark sinister atmosphere that is very bloody that just blew me away.
Bradly Cooper does an excellent believable performance that escalate into something more sinister and terrifying, and I was not expecting this from Cooper.
Overall highly gory, great performance, fusion and mixture that works, decent plot, but yet effective. Meat Train stays true to its horror roots.
