Review of The Midnight Meat Train (2008) by Robbie K — 24 Nov 2018
Struggling photographer Leon Kauffman's obsessive pursuit of dark subject matter leads him into the path of a serial killer, Mahogany, the subway murderer who stalks late-night commuters -- ultimately butchering them in the most gruesome ways imaginable.
I have no Idea how I missed this freaking awesome film #1. Brooke Shields #2. A creative and energetic adaptation of a Clive Barker short story. #3. Gruesome #4. Grisly #5. Bloody . #6. Vinnie Jones as the 'maniac' . I Frigging dig this gore feast of a film that gets darker and darker as the story arc progresses . It's excessively and imaginatively gory. So thoroughly coated in over-the-top blood and guts that even veteran genre fans will likely be astounded. Except most thread members of ; AVS October fun: 31 days of Horror, Blood, Guts and Gore! (and zombies, too....) . Directed By: Ryuhei Kitamura and screen play by Jeff Buhler - Producer Clive Barker . The synergy of these men produced one hell of a bloody psycho thriller that is amazingly realistic and alarming. Great film .
