Adam Sandler can actually turn in a performance when motivated is not a sentence many people expect to see to lead a review of a movie. Ben Stiller is playing the usual Ben Stiller role, while Dustin Hoffman and Emma Thompson are magnificent in their respective rolls.
Plenty of typical Baumachian cameos abound in what may be Noah Baumbach's most complete film. While most won't be able to relate to the characters the sum of the parts if fun to watch. Final Score: 8.
