Review of The Mexican (2001) by Alex S — 11 Dec 2010
I honestly don't know why people made such a big deal of this movie when it came out - it's terrible. Although there were a couple of legitimately humourous parts thanks to Brad Pitt's character being a complete spaz, the rest of the film was slow and boring.
There are far too many scenes with Julia Roberts using the tolet, and James Gandolfini's character was neither believable nor interesting. The plot just plodded along to the point that I was wondering if the movie would ever end.
Now that I've finished this review, I can happily forget ever seeing it.
