Review of The Meteor Man (1993) by Private U — 31 Jan 2008
All Robert Townsend wanted to do was tell a story. It was the story of a man - a METEOR Man - who wanted to clean up the crack houses and pimps of Washington D.C. It's sweet natured and no one can argue it's heart is in the wrong place, but it's not a very good movie by any means.
The supporting cast is ridiculously big, including James Earl Jones, Robert Guilliame, Bill Cosby, and a very early role for Don Cheadle.
