Nothing but cheap jump scares in this one by the directors of several Japanese horror movies, the Pang Brothers. The whitish/gray "spirits" typical in Japanese horror make an appearance here as well.
I stopped finding them anything more than creepy long ago. The story is simple and easy to figure out; no surprises at all. However, I've been a Kristen Stewart fan since Panic Room (2002) and for me, her performance is enough to make this worth a look.
