Review of The Messenger (2009) by John M — 11 Dec 2011
Although the story is full of ache and woe, it is an enlightening view into an aspect of the army that isn't often considered in the modern age anymore. and an interesting view at that because the script is richer than I expected.
Ben Foster is great as always and Woody Harrelson was quite good, espcically since he's not the obvious choice for this part.
