This movie have a great cast, but a weird crazy plot, and this is like watching is on ACID or LSD, and I say DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME WITH DRUGS, m'kay, drugs are bad, m'kay.
In the age of military experiments, the movie is about this secret sort of black ops psych experiment that military soldiers, selected ones to train to use their brain powers or "Jedi tricks" to manipulate the enemy, farfetched but could be true on exploiting our 60% absent power of our brains, like they say, we only use about 30% to 40% of our brains. And a reporter who journeys to uncover this.
