A great, fun movie with a stellar cast. Based on actual Psi Ops that the US government had developed. Don't think weird stuff like this actually happens??? Research it. I totally enjoyed the movie.
I've studied the history a bit and am fascinated by some aspects of psi ops. A weird, fun, cool movie with a pumped cast that takes you on a light heart trip for a very real and serious history. Ehh, some aspects could have been better, but overall it was a good film that I liked.
