Let's be clear: this is a SYFY movie of the week with a bigger budget and much better actors. That being said, it's good fun. Jason Statham is great as Jason Statham. The rest of the cast is pretty paper thin but it's all about waiting for the shark to show up and eat somebody.
It's fun and silly and doesn't need a sequel but it will get one. Great times if you don't take it too seriously.
