Review of The Meg (2018) by Hampton H — 24 Aug 2018

This movie is a ton of fun! All the actors and actresses were great, and action sequences with great visuals were not lacking. The movie was very intense, but ends up being very satisfying in the way the sequences play out.

I would not recommend letting a child under 12 see this unless they've already decided to not swim in the ocean the rest of their life. It's always sad when a great movie gets such negative reviews, and that's what I feel has happened here.

In my opinion, this is the best shark movie since Jaws, and at some moments is even better than Jaws, simply because of the advanced CGI. However, that is only my opinion, and every opinion is different! All in all, go see this movie if you love sharks!
