It wasn't bad. Jason tried. Ruby was hott. It just wasn't amazing. It made me long for Mandy Moore on the bottom of the ocean from last year. Not nearly enough time seeing the actual shark - which wasn't overly impressive in and of itself.
If the movie had ended in the middle where it makes you think it's going to, it would have been awful - thank God for the last hour. That made the film memorable at all.
