Review of The Medusa Touch (1978) by Steen T — 10 Nov 2007
Lino Ventura plays a police detective investigating the assault on a possibly deranged man (Richard Burton) who was convinced that he could cause accidents and disasters with the power of his mind. The very underplayed story is told mainly through flashbacks prompted by conversations with some of the people who encountered Burton's character.
Imagine a low-key The Omen. The ending is riveting. A severely overlooked gem.
