A fantastic recommendation for a date movie. As familiar as a warm spirited character driven dramady can be, the Meddler is fully aware of its strength in the wonderfully casted Susan Sarandon. Her character sure brings joys and tears to the colorful and also tightly casted characters around her.

As she tries her best to stay positive in whatever situations she finds herself in, she also manages to tug our heartstrings in many seamlessly constructed, well delivered sequences.
