Review of The Matrix Revolutions (2003) by Jed G — 19 Jul 2013
Another example of the critics just not getting it, this is a great movie that works if you have the context of the other two to feed on. Otherwise, it makes little sense and the plot seems utterly confusing.
But again, as a trilogy end, it is what it is, an end. Not as fast paced as the second and certainly not ground breaking like the first, not enough happened in this movie to justify its length. A whole lotta talking, but with some pretty cool action sequences as Zion faces annihilation.
