This movie was a massive disappointment. The first half was most of the character kissing Neo's ass and CONSTANTLY talking about how cool and revolutionary the Matrix trilogy was. It had the cringiest dialogue I've heard since.
...Matrix revolutions. Every time they called back to the trilogy, the movie became worse. Yet, when they added new elements to the story, it had some promise. And I gotta say, Neil Patrick Harris did really well as the new villain.
I just wish they would've had more confidence in the new characters.
