Review of The Matrix Resurrections (2021) by Captiosus — 23 Dec 2021

I say this for very few movies, and it is my most damning criticism of any piece of media: That's two and a half hours of my life that I'll never get back. I'm almost three hours closer to death and that time was utterly wasted by this drivel. I could sit here and write 3000-4000 words on everything that is bad or wrong with this movie but plenty have already echoed what I'd write and it's already wasted enough of my precious time. The only positive is that Matrix Reloaded and Matrix Revolutions are no longer the worst movies in the franchise. Compared to Matrix Resurrections, those two are positively masterpieces... Stick to the original trilogy. Hell, stick to the original first movie.

Spend your precious time on literally ANYTHING else.
