Its so bad you need to watch it to understand how bad it is. Characters are flat, the plot its just no sense (machine with humanity while the whole matrix was about the contrast between humanity and the cold equation and calcolation of the mschines), the villain is ridicolous, the fighting scene seems made with 30 years old low budget tech.

Just to end, none die in the whole movie, I mean even one secondary characters...all alive. We passed from a dark world to a disney world ( even in the marvel's movie sometime someone die).
