It's not as bad as USER score, but it's not good as CRITIC score either.
There are some great scenes and ideas, but the movie as a whole doesn't feel like Matrix at all. They turned it into a messy fairy tale and at many points it feels hollow.
Scenes with Niobe were great, acting was superb, and I wish the movie centered around Neo and her. All in all, too much of mambo jumbo and hocus pocus. The Matrix worked because it was grounded in reality. This one went on a fantasy trip...
