A horrible pile of steaming offal that feels more like a cheaply made parody of the previous movies with a lame fan-fiction level of writing. The CGI is lackluster and seems worse than the previous movies in spots.
The fight scenes are forgettable featuring poor choreography and shoddy camera work. The new characters are uninteresting and easily forgettable. The returning characters like Morpheus and Agent Smith lack the appeal of the previous characters.
The dialogue and the music are pretty dull as well overall. Much of this movie is just incredibly cringey. This was such a huge letdown. I'll give it a 1 because I liked maybe 10 minutes of the whole movie, the rest was utter garbage.
