For an action movie The Matrix Reloaded is pretty boring. With much less time spent in the Matrix in comparison to the previous film and long dragging sections that are devoted to boring romance sequences.
The largest problem is that where The Matrix managed to get you invested in the characters all The Matrix Reloaded does is make you annoyed with them.
