Review of The Matrix Reloaded (2003) by Soapnugget — 14 Jul 2020
The film definitely falls behind on it's predecessor but don't think it's a bad film The Matrix Reloaded has some amazing action sequences, the burly brawl, chateau fight, the 20 minute car chase, but it also has really slow psychology talk that makes the film go from action to exposition every 5 minutes which slows the plot down with The Merovingian talking about causality, The Architect talking about the Matrix with.
10 to 20 letter words really slows it down and messes with the pacing. Zion is a bit of a time consumer and the cave rave is awkward and uncomfortable but after that the film starts up. But other than that The Matrix Reloaded is a great time.
