What happens when the morally depraved realize that, when losing their raison d'etre--an excuse for their depravity, they need to live a "normal" life? I was surprised by Pierce Brosnan in a role unlike anything you would ever imagine him in.
Possibly my favorite movie of the year...except Little Miss Sunshine (also starring Greg Kinnear) came out at the same time.
