Review of The Matador (2005) by Joey S — 12 Apr 2013
Excellent directorial style and unique pacing. 90% of this movie is fun, interesting, strange and feels as though it is building up towards some kind of big bang at the end. The last 10% of the film loses its footing and ultimately falls flat.
A unique role for Mr. Brosnan that shows the comic side of the suave action hero. An entertaining film that has its moments, but gets lost somewhere between Denver and Mexico..
