Review of The Mask (1994) by Edgar C — 30 Jun 2011
So let's say it is not that common to see a movie that combines cartoon elements into real life with so much childhood hyperactivity (and let's say Space Jam doesn't count). Granted. So, then? We have Carrey making a musical number and using an arsenal of cartoonish CGI to provoke laughs of any kind to those... that actually laugh with these movies. It has a cool feeling of the early 90s throughout unlike others lack and it got quite campy towards the ending, which is something good for this kind of thing. From there, it is all comedic void.
57/100.
