Most of the good scenes were in the trailer... nothing really surprising. The ending was just OK and very abrupt. The worst and most intolerable part was the disco music throughout, that was just so horrible and inexplicable.
It ruined the movie for me. It made no sense at all. This was not a science fiction movie either. It was near present-day (or maybe an alternate past, if you factor in the music.) and NASA can already do everything in the movie so it was barely even speculative fiction.
Very disappointing to pay a lot to see this in a theater and then you get Mars with Disco. Just watch NASA TV, it's more interesting.
