Review of The Manchurian Candidate (1962) by Dave A — 10 Jul 2008
Tense, psychological cold war paranoid thiller from John Frankenheimer about those dastardly Communists brainwashing and re-programming a US Army hero, turning him into into an assassin. While the whole premise is laughable now, I'm sure at the time it was far more believable - well worth checking out.
