Review of The Manchurian Candidate (1962) by Matt C — 19 Jan 2015
A great thriller and another brilliant on-screen performance by Sinatra (even if he does go a little heavy on the 'Daddy-O's'. Lansbury looks the same age as she did when doing 'Murder She Wrote' weirdly but other than that this is a taut and interesting premise with brainwashed soldiers coming back from the Korean war to misguidedly aid the Commies.
