Review of The Man Who Would Be King (1975) by Charlie R — 07 Apr 2008
Houston was a brilliant filmmaker and this film does not feel like the work of an old man but a young ambitious one. Its vibrant and alive, the humor and suspense builidng up and up. When this came out people lamented that they don't make films like this any more.
I can understand.
