Review of The Man Who Wasn't There (2001) by Jess K — 21 Apr 2008
One of the Coens's lesser films but nonetheless containing all their hallmarks: excellent camera work, perfect period details and dialog, memorable characters, odd, looping humor, brilliant cast (including many Coen regular players) and an intricate plot where a single pebble starts an avalanche.
Worth watching at least once.
