Review of The Man Who Wasn't There (2001) by Curtis H — 28 Feb 2008
A methodical and brooding film noir about a man who is totally detached from his life and gets caught up in a serise of events that eveintally catches up with him and puts him in chair. Thorthons character is not an evil man but just a man seperate from everything else.
The coen brothers know how to shoot a beautiful movie. The acting is very good and plot is thick and the end makes sense a pretty good movie overall.
