Review of The Man Who Wasn't There (2001) by Michelle S — 15 Apr 2009
The Coen brothers pay an homage to the film noir genre with this delicious tale of a barber who tries the impossible to get some money but fails miserably. I most also say that I'm doing a work on it lately and I will have to watch it many times so I might come back with more opinions.
But I really enjoyed it, the work on the aesthetics is very stunning and the acting by Billy Bob Thornton is fabulous. He really steals the show.
