Review of The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance (1962) by Dan M — 12 Sep 2017
A western featuring the likes of both the legendary John Wayne and Jimmy Stewart, how can you go wrong? Well it'd be pretty damn hard that's for sure. Black & white as well which gives it the feel of a really classic western.
Good story, Lee Marvin as the villain and once again John Wayne plays a bit of a jerk here but in the end redeems himself. Also couldn't get over the fact that he says 'pilgrim' way too many times in this, it's a bit comical.
Still, this was good stuff. Me likey.
