Review of The Man Who Knew Too Much (1956) by Zeb L — 17 May 2008
A good Hitchcock film but not a great one, a remake of his own 1934 film. Some great touches like Bernard Hermann playing the conductor at the classic Albert Hall sequence and the hilarious fight in a taxidermists but also some real drawbacks.
..too long, cheesy ending, annoying kid and Doris bloomin Day. Stewart is always watchable though and keeps it interesting just about all the way through.
