Review of The Man Who Knew Too Much (1956) by Daniel K — 23 Sep 2013
Hitchcock is remaking his own film here, and having seen both versions I have to agree with Hitch himself and say that I prefer this version. Jimmy Stewart is solid as always, and the plot is complicated without ever being confusing.
Doris Day's emotional performance of "Que Sera, Sera" towards the end of the film is brilliant. It's just not quite as good as some of his other thrillers though.
