What do you get when you take the concept behind the old Inspector Gadget TV show and stretch it out to feature-length? A cinematic nightmare, that's what! The film absolutely reeks of desperation as it spins its wheels trying to be funny but failing every time.
It goes to show that not even Bill Murray can save every movie that he appears in.
