Kind of an odd film. I could see what they were trying to do in places, but I couldn't really connect Dickens's personal struggle with his process/inspiration for writing a Christmas Carol like the movie seemed to want me to, nor did it really add much to my liking of the Christmas Carol.
All in all, its not boring and Christopher Plummer is good to watch whenever he is on.
