Review of The Man Who Fell to Earth (1976) by Talia D — 03 Nov 2007
A wonderfully twisted film that explores a different perspective to the concept: 'aliens attacking earth'. This one is after our water and tries to take it without anyone knowing, brilliant! Bowie's stage performances in the 70's had always given us the impression that he was from another planet so he was the perfect choice for this role.
You actually feel sorry for this creature who arrives on earth with nothing and becomes a millionaire pop star. when the film ends you feel guilty for being human.
