Review of The Man Who Fell to Earth (1976) by Patrick D — 26 Nov 2007
Never before has a movie existed that has enthralled and confused me as much as Nicholas Roeg's Man Who Fell to Earth. From Bowie's androgynous alien character secreting weird fluid during sex, to completely random male nudity, Man Who Fell to Earth is very complex, but symbolically and visually, it's a great cautionary tale highlighting the vicious greed of humankind.
