Review of The Man Who Fell to Earth (1976) by Joshua L — 27 Jan 2012
First of all, I can't stand David Bowie; he is a total fake and I can't say much for his music. But let's talk about the film; there are some seemingly iconic scenes and I do like a long film.
So what is bad about this film? Well it is trendy, self indulgent and mostly dull throughout. Rather than being a decent story, it is more like vehicle for Bowie's antics - the supposedly bisexual spaceman.
A Please avoid this rubbish and watch E.T. instead.
