Review of The Man in the Iron Mask (1998) by Brian — 27 Dec 2008
It combines the Three Musketeers story with the Man in the Iron Mask story. The movie is a little under-rated. It's better than most critics said. Jeromy Irons, Gabriel Byrne, Gerard Depardieu and John Malkovich all do good work as the Musketeers.
It's Leonardo Dicarprio who's a little annoying though as the spoiled King. He's more likable as the twin who was locked away and deprived of the thrown.
