Review of The Man from Snowy River (1982) by Jessica S — 18 May 2009
This movie gets a strong "B." It's an enjoyable story built around horses, coming of age, etc. A really great movie for pre-teens with positive messages, enough action for boys and enough horses for girls.
Kirk Douglas plays two parts (brothers) which is a lot of fun. It's not so hokey that adults can't watch it too.
