Review of The Man from Nowhere (2010) by Alexandria D — 01 Aug 2011
Awesome sauce. You just can't go wrong with Won Bin, then you add an adorable kid into the mix. Come on! Loved this. High death toll, lots of blood and violence, yet still just slightly gory because it has an actual PLOT so it doesn't have to rely on intense visuals of ripping up human meat sacks.
It may be a bit cliche (Special Ops guy has someone close to him killed so he quits the force and goes underground) but the story is so good, and the acting is so great that "who cares about the cliche".
