A mysterious man makes friends with a little girl next door. Her mom is a junkie and the mob comes after her and kidnaps her daughter. The man who turns out to be an ex military agent, tries to rescue the girl.
Gritty movie, good action and stunts. This is like the asian version of Man on Fire.
