The style of this movie draws you in and holds your attention much like everyone in the room who John reveals himself to, despite being logically skeptical like everyone else in the room. A very good narrative.
Still, it's kind've odd that they didn't just do the logical thing and test out his claim that he doesn't scar simply by cutting him. Oh well...
