Excellent, if stagy and a tad pretentious, sci-fi/fantasy thought piece. Fun and interesting, if you catch it in the right frame of mind. The screenwriter expands upon/riffs on ideas from his similarly themed script for the classic Star Trek episode "Requiem for Methuselah".
