Review of The Man from Earth (2007) by Leonard D — 09 Dec 2009
The Man from Earth is an intelligent and thoroughly original treat that resembles a thought experiment more than a movie, and it will have you captivated and perplexed just ten minutes into it.
The core premise is one of the most original I have encountered in a long time and is the driving force of the movie; in fact the only thing that holds it back from perfection is its second rate (but still decent) cast, and uninspired camera work. While great regardless of circumstance this movie begs to be viewed with other people as it will undoubtedly incite discussion.
