Review of The Maltese Falcon (1941) by Giridhar C — 28 Nov 2010
One of many reasons to be satisfied for watching classic films like this. Bogart, Lorre and Greenstreet are great. Having a clash of character types like this makes the film fantastic. I find also interesting these same actors worked together in Casablanca.
Must have been a pod of pals. However, I was not a fan of Mary Astor is this film. Her English accent was very bizarre to me. It did not work for me. Other than that, it was a great film.
