It's one of those movies that's so hilariously awful that it actually becomes somewhat enjoyable. I mean, how could you not be at least a little bit amused at the mere thought of Mr. T having an actual scripted conversation with a bird.
I do not personally believe that the human race has regressed to the point where anyone in their right mind would conceive this film to be taken seriously.
