Had I not known that this was a Renny Harlin film I would have bet money that this was Uwe Boll's handywork, albeit with a higher budget than normal. One of the most expensive cheap looking films I think I've ever seen.
There's some fun but stylistically dated action towards the end but it's not worth sitting through the drab and lifeless dreck that precedes it.
